Refund policy
Envy is a one-time $10 purchase, and we want you to buy with confidence — so the full app is free to try for 7 days before you pay. Every feature is available during the trial, with no account and no credit card required. Download it and put it through its paces first; that trial is your evaluation period.
All sales are final
Because a free, full-feature trial is available before purchase, all sales are final and fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law — including mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived by agreement. If the law where you live entitles you to a refund, that right still applies and we will honor it.
Payments and your card
Purchases are handled by Polar, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Polar processes the payment, issues your receipt and license key, and may issue refunds or process chargebacks in accordance with its own policies and applicable card-network and banking rules.
Something not working?
If Envy isn't behaving as it should, please reach out before requesting a chargeback — most issues are quick to resolve, and we'd rather fix it for you. Email support@melodic.dev with your order reference and a description of the problem.
